What happened to Krispy Kreme, I checked their store locator and the closest is in CT?!

I think we even ran the math of how many donuts you would have to sell (guessing at the rent).

It was some absurd amount like 50-100 a minute or something.

Low carb craze was their excuse, but it was mostly BS

The real problems were usurious franchise terms and accounting shenanigans that finally caught up with them.
