Default How's the service at Carlsen?
I know their sales staff are not considerate, but how does their service rate? Recommendations?

Have an issue with the rear power windows on the new car... Switches in the back don't work regardless of the safety switch position on the drivers door.

Default I used to go to Carlsen. I no longer go to Carlsen.
I recommend that you use a different dealership.

Joey Reid is a very competent tech. Some have had issues with their management.

Default I had a very positive experience everytime Carlsen did my service & warranty work, however ...
While service was good, good work, quick, nice loaner ...

I understand that the mgmt have "issues" - and in my opinion getting worked up about no front license plate is just unreal.

Default Yup yup, but PAPD sits right outside the Audi and Honda dealer ticketing for no front plate quite
often... It's a shame how my tax dollars are going to waste with this.

I will not agree with Rector... Carlsen is better IMO... Talk to Louis, he's the man.

Default If you have been around a while..you might have issues with all dealers.
I have been to Rector/Diablo/Carlsen/Stevens Creek....Of those choices...I took my car to Stevens Creek Audi the most.

Default When I lived in the South Bay that's where I took mine.
There was a little guy there that treated me like royalty every time I had anything done... Nice service there.
