Parking ticket in downtown Seattle....
Parked under the viaduct by the Aquarium about 4:15pm Saturday, fed coins into the ticket dispenser, but it would only give me about an hour and 15 minutes worth of time (tried twice), though it said I could park for 2 hours.
Since the pay parking only lasted until 6:00pm (and I was running late), I figured it was worth the risk, but they must've got me between 5:30 and 6:00.
Am I screwed? ($35 ticket BTW.)

They are definitely out for the kill, everywhere. I got a $35 ticket in downtown Ballard
2 weeks ago on a Thursday & then a friend got a ticket last Thursday by the same officer. There's no free-parking anymore. :-\ Pay it or fight it now, or else it's double. Maybe they should start issuing tickets to those people on the street corners w/ their cardboard signs asking for money....when they look perfectly capable of working & being a contributing member of our society that has clearly gone wrong!! <no, I'm NOT bitter..atleast I have my Nogaro/S4 BABY.> ;-P
