I have a set of 4 in really great shape S4 black optics wheels looking to do a straight trade for a S3 black optics.

The S4 black optics come with 255/35/19, continental contact sports are performance tires and I prefer all season tires and narrower wheels, since I own an e-tron and enjoy the mountains more. Tires have a few thousand miles on them and seems to have a lot of tread life.

I figured I just do a straight trade with someone who has a s3 and wants to do a straight trade for wider wheels 8.5 and tires.

Your S3 should have 235/35/19 with 8 width wheels

Also I'm probably only going to do the trade if you're in Southern California.
