Are you sure this has Tech Support from Ross-Tech? I bought the same cable used when I got into AUDI's in 2010. It works fine & I'm able to update software fine BUT when I called Ross-Tech with a question involving re-coding Airbags after a '06 A6 Avant swap w/'07 S6 seats they wanted me to pay a $95 (I think) re-licensing fee for Tech-Support, said that it only applied to original owner! YMMV
