2.8 30v
Hey guy,
I'm new to having an Audi, I recently crossed over from BMW and im never going back. I love my Quattro, however I was a little impulsive when buying and I went with the 2.8 30v engine. Little did I know it doesnt pack the same punch as the 2.7t. Is there and tuning/performance mods that i can do to squeeze some extra ponies out of my 2.8?

ok now for my next question. does any one know where to get a cold air kit that is model specific or does it have to be a custom/universal kit?

I don't know if it is a chip or an ecu flash. my question is if it will affect the life of my engine. I have around 142000 miles on my a6 2.8 i blew my camshaft and crank case seals about 5-6k miles ago. also had timing chain replaced at the same time. the engine was supposedly "steam cleaned" I don't have any definitive proof of whether they did. Just wondering if it will ruin my engine or not.
