2000 A4 with GIAC and Milltek boost issues resolved! (long)
Hey all,
Thanks for the advice, I replaced the vac hose from the DV. Also did the short one on top of the intake manifold and the one under the intake mani. I was going to do the one on the back of engine as well, unless I shouldn't?
Car has been transformed! Wow, what a difference. I had thought the exhaust was making the power less pronounced or smoother, but in reality I just wasn't making very much, heh.
Car is a beast now! Well, relatively speaking.
I think the car will tide me over until next year when I decide on big turbo A4 or Stage II S4.
Just ordered new plugs (Bosch super coppers F7LTCR). Mine are prob fouled somewhat from running rich and have a fair amt of miles on them.
I think I'll run it at Epping NH Dragstrip to see what it can do.
Thanks again!
