The RS4 fenders are flared, and the bumper is flared to match. So you'd need new fenders too. You're probably looking at about $3000 + overseas shipping.
I think Rieger/lltek are making a replica that will fit without fender mods. Check out lltek's site for more info. I believe it's around $1100

S4 Bumper on A4?
I tried this question a few weeks ago with a few replies.
Does the S4 bumper facia bolt right onto the A4 front end. I understand that there are probably different brackets for the fogs, but does the rest attach fine, or require additional rework?
Anyone with experience I would appreciate comment.

I'd like to do this, as well.
Since I am installing a K04, I'd like to either get the S4 bumper to hide the FMIC or just replace the lower grille on the OEM A4 bumper with mesh to match the RS4 grille that someone posted in OT or somewhere. Thoughts?
