GIAC just got the car today.
Do you have any idea how much work it is going to tune 800cc dual pulse injectors that have never been done on a A4? This is not a 1-2 day tuning session at all.
Here is a picture of the front end of the car with all the work done.

What the hell are you talking about?
I have always said he is tuning it on their dyno and I never said it would be done in 1 day.
For your info I said that he is tuning it at the shop for 20psi and 91 octane, I will be running more much more boost then that while at the track on 104 octane.
For one why would I say it would take 1 day to tune if we are running injectors that are nearly twice the size of your 440's. The setup has never been done before, so Garrett will have to pretty much start from scratch.

I just remembered what you were saying to me
when you where getting your car ready for 1.8T challenge. Have you forgotton.
I was amazed at your statements and knew very well that you cannot expect people to drop everything and do things immediately for you.
And so here we are how many months later??
I still think my car getting stuck at a shop for 3 weeks wasn't to bad considering what you are going through.

As for the car being in the shop for 5 months, that is because the 2 owners of the shop did all the work and only did it on their spare time since it is a sponsored car and not a "paying" customer. BTW erics car has been in there for 7 months, the motor just went back in and they are still trying to finish off all the wiring for the stand alone.

Yes i did get a loaner, so whats you point your 5 months is better than my 3 weeks?
