Default b5 a4 timing question

A while back I had my t-belt tensioner fail and was the proud owner of 12 bent valves. Luckily I was able to get the head rebuilt by Clearwater (awesome job) for only 750 with a new chain tensioner and intake cam. My problem is now how do I time it with my pistons? Is there a factory groove I need to line up with something? Any help would be appreciated. Pics are on the way.

TIA

Check out the timing belt writeup in the tech section. (Yes, you need to line up something)
