B9 s4 sport diff programming
Couldn’t find any threads on this topic but I’m curious to know if there’s any sort of programming that can be done to audi sport diffs? This is a definite stretch because they might not even be the same hardware but ideally I’d like to find a way to do the rs5 comp diff programming on my b9 s4 if possible. I’m not good at researching these things so here I am. If not rs5 comp is there at least anything that can be done to change power distribution? I just know that my friend recently did the m4 gts diff programming on his f80 m3 and it made a huge difference so that’s just had me thinking.

It's a very good question, but I've never read of anyone attempting it. And as the Comp is using MIB3 architecture, I doubt anyone will be able access the specific Competition diff programming other than Audi.
But also note that when Audi change something, they change everything. Meaning on the Competition they raised spring rates, used stiffer roll bars, and adjusted the ESP and ABS system plus tweaked the steering ratio. The changes to the Sport differential are in context of these other changes, so simply using the more aggressive programming (in Dynamic mode only BTW) on a standard B9 S4 could be unpleasant.
Final note, this was not the final software tweak for the Sports differential - the RS4 Avant 25 years edition and RS5 Performance edition released earlier in the year as the final swansong had additional tweaks made to the Sport differential software to decrease reaction time and improve precision of the torque vectoring. But they only made 250 each of those two versions.
