Default Boost Guage

I've had my boost guage in for 3 days now. All this morning the guage needle started to raddle voilently from around 14-16 lbs. It is a new VDO guage. Could it be a faulty guage? ANyone else similar experiences? The noise is really starting to **** me off!

the noise is common on VDO. Autometers are quieter.

Default Most people experience the same problem with VDO

They're not dampened from the factory and the high frequency variations in manifold pressure due to the valves opening and closing is what's causing this buzz. You can put a fuel filter in line of the vac line to get rid of it or you can get a premade damper from AWE tuning.

http://www.awe-tuning.com</a
