Default Brake system flush question

I'm replacing the brake lines as well, so...I was wondering if I can change the brake lines in the rear of the car, flush... then change the front lines, flush?

Someone told me no... but can someone verify?

Thanks,
Cris

I don't see any problem with that at all.
