Changing Stoptech pads this week, any advice?
I'm installing Pagid Orange pads this week and I'm wondering if there are any tricks I should know about. As far as I know, I need a 5mm allen wrench, remove two bolts and slide out the old pads. Compress the piston and install new pads. Is this about it?

Not too much input yet...
I've only had them for 2 months. Wet handling is very good, tire noise is just ok. While the tread is handsome enough, I don't car for the aesthetics of the tire. There is a massive lip that is unsightly to me. I'll have a better impression of them after my track weekend.

Awesome!!! I'm looking into getting those tires once these S03's die out.
I tried the FK451's on a 330 Ci and it seemed to have very good grip. Maybe because my friend was running too thin a tire for his wheels, but it seems like there was little or no protection for the wheels. Do you have any picturs of the "lip"? I actually like some rim protection. Thanks.
