ECU upgrade??

Who makes the best performance gains for ECU upgrades for a stock 04 1.8T Quattro Tip?
Im leaning towards GIAC, is there anything better?

you might want to try to find a local tuner for support incase anything happens...

You shoudlnt be dissapointed.

I'd reccomend the TIP chip along with it.

Got my chip for my A6 2.7T 6SpdMT from APR tuning. Love the way it drives and big improvement over stock. Since yours is tip, i would recomend a trans chip too. Check out Goapr.com

CHIP?

I have a 98 a4 1.8t Q. I want a chip but am unsure of which one to get. I was told that apr chips are good, however after 5,500 they cut out. They pull real hard from 1st to third, but once in 4gear you can bearly feel the difference, is this true? I was debating on this or a GIAC, i want the most bang for my buck, and the most reliable, any help would be greatly appreciated
