Default How often do you reset the chip?

I start to realize that I have to reset my apr software every 3~4 weeks to get my POWER back! this starts to bother me now. Does this happen to everyone? or is this just me or whoever using APR???

Not normal. Perhaps you should hook up a Vag Com and begin trouble shooting.

Default Scanning for codes isn't likely to show you much.

It sounds like the ECU is adapting down to compensate for an issue ... resetting gets you back to the baseline. Look at fuel trims, maf reading, O2 sensor readings, etc. If you aren't comfortable with doing this type of trouble shooting, i'd suggest seeing if someone more knowledgeable (with a VAG Com) is in your vicinity.
