Boost Request
This is how much boost you request. 100% is the default. You can lower your request but not raise it.
You could use this to lower your WOT fueling if you are too rich up top.
For instance:
You run mbc with larger injectors. Your part throttle fuel trims are good but your wot a/f is too rich. You could reduce the SEL which would reduce how much fuel you request @ WOT.
If your part throttle is too rich or lean you adjust primary fuel request to adjust this.
Hope it helps

Pretty sure changing the primary fuel request
will result in changes to all fuel(idle, part throttle and WOT). You should change the part throttle fueling issue with the secondary fuel request since it changes fuel request at part throttle only. To change WOT fuel you can use the "fuel tweak" for increasing loads and decreasing loads.

Well
Your right the primary will change WOT, but my point was:
If you dial in your part throttle to 0% trim on block 032 and your WOT is STILL rich then you can use the SEL scaling to bring down the WOT A/F without affecting part throttle trims!
BTW the increasing and decreasing load adjustments are only for intial throttle pedal changes and WILL NOT affect WOT A/F.

Thats odd because I have and do use the load adjustments
to correct fuel at WOT. I say it works because I have tested by increasing fuel pressure at the rail and was able to adjust the a/f with the load adjustments at WOT. Adjusting the secondary fuel will change how much fuel is added as you push or lift at part throttle. This will add more fuel as you first change throttle positions but the ecu will then correct to hold the right a/f since its still using the 02 sensor.

Yea that is weird you got those results...
I use the increasing load to keep from going lean when I mash the pedal. And decreasing when I let off to keep from backfiring too much.
BTW read about your car in the European car. Nice Job

Well those will work for you since the engine load is changing
since its not really about the pedal/throttle load. During WOT your enging load will increase at first then hit a peak and start to decrease, this is where those fuel adjustments come into play.
Thanks.
Thanks.
