Default intake questions please

I just purchased the EVO AireTek performance induction sysyem, will I gain any performance whatsoever? was It a bad investment, Im not really worried about the money I spent as long as I get at least a little improvement.
I would greatly appreciate your honest answers, they have took me in the right direction before!!!

The concensus is that the stock airbox gives you the lowest intake temps

Default Hey Mike

You were right about the injectors. The old ones were shorter but will fit the dbw manifold. The only problem is that the body stick out more so spacers have to be used on the fuel rail bolts. PES is using that kind of injectors on their T28 dbw cars without any problems.

Here's a picture of the two injectors:

However problem is solved. I have found sources for the long stem nozzle injectors that flow to almost 400cc.

I have a question for you.

Where did you get the info about our FPR? From testing or you heard that from a tuner?

Assuming they're rising rate and increase rail pressure to 90psi at 12.5psi of boost, it's closing fuel return completely at that point am I correct? So the pump is the limiting factor at that point.

So an I correct to assume a 3bar and 4bar would have the same rail pressure under full boost since fuel return is closed. The only difference between them is at part throttle or idle operation or when manifold press is below 12.5psi.

Default better throttle response/faster spool up. not "in your face" noticable .. but it's def there.

as for colder air intake temps .. i removed the front passenger side blocked grill and i also have the s4 wheel well liner on both sides.

plenty of air gets into that little chamber. after hard drives i'll pop the hood and the black tube is always cold to the touch. i'm not worried. i'm popping the stock airbox back in during summer tho. texass just gets WAY TOO HOT.
