are the KONI shocks adjustable while on the car?

For your car; yes for the rears, no for the fronts.
In order to be able to adjust the rears you need to cut a slot in the housing. It is a rather large slot, but do not worry it will not affect the structure of the car. Since the rears require a much better spring compressor than the fronts, it is worth doing if you want to be able to adjust them yourself instead of taking it in to a shop.
That said, I haven't adjusted mine yet and I have had them in for over 4K miles.

When changing the rear shocks on Quattros, does one have to get into the interior of the car?(m)
I read the recent MaxPower Mag and it showed a coilover change to a non-quattro A4 which required the removal of the rear shocks from the interior.
I'm quessing that with Quattros, the entire rear suspension can be taken down without the need of going into the interior/trunk of the car.
Thanks.
