Can you please post your new and old GT25 part numbers. Do you know the compressor and turbine A/R and trim numbers if you don't know the part numbers?
What are you using for programming and what injectors/fuel pressure are you using? I am more interested in the old setup than the new.

Turbo info
My first GT Turbo was Partnumber 466541-0001
This was Comp HousingA/R 0.6 trim 60 comp flow 31lbs turbine A/R 0,64 trim 62
The One I have now is a custom biuld using the same exhaust and turbine housing but with a New Core and housings machined.
So No Garrret Part Number, But Garret Core is 446179-0031 Housing A/R .6, Trim 48 Compressor wheel GT35 compl flow 39lbs Turbine 0.64 Trim 76
Ok, The old setup had some slightly larger than stock injectors (Bosch Ones) and running GAIC Software. This worked well.
I also have some Lucas Injectors 270cc with GreesSpeed Software, this had a little more go in the top end...
I also am about to test another set od Bosch injectors with APR software, Just waiting them to finnish a Alpha version code for my car..
I Hope this arrives soon....

The new turbo only looks like it's rated at 350 with those A/Rs and Trims...
...are you expecting more?
As for the injectors and GIAC software - do you know the CCs of the Bosch injectors? Fuel Pressure (was it a stock 4 bar FPR)? Were you using GIAC's GT25 software?

No I did,'t know the cc's, but they where about 7-10% more flow than stock and I was running a 5 bar fpr.
And i was running the GIAC software, Bruce has now My old Gt25 with those injectors and GIAC software.
The Turbo has a Rating of 350-420HP.
