MAF Upgrade?

MAF Upgrade?
My MAF is not working properly and needs replacing. I was wondering, would i get more power out of an upgraded MAF housing and MAF, or should i just stick with the stock MAF? I have an 01' A4 1.8T w/ stock turbo.
