Default they sell them on impexfap.com that is not the stock valve for your car.

stock valves for A4's are the C valves. they no longer make those. they are now replaced with what is known as the F valve. some people run the J valve but your car will adapt to it and it will be just like running anyother one for the most part.

Default Article in turbo this month on all these valves

I dont know how much they are worth but 1 thing the article brougt out was that the stock turbo couldnt maintain more than 14lbs boost past initial spike. After a few sec. of this the air would get really hot and the boost would start to go away. Good reason for upgrading huh. So these valves really do promote perf., they blow up your small turbo and let you get a bigger one.
Wouldnt the valve be worth only a few hp anyway, seems you need a little more than that?

Default I peak 26psi and hold 22psi on the J and have seen an increase of 40lb/ft of torque on the K04...

using the K valve. Overboost occurs on the K under high altitude and/or changes in gradiants. Works good on the track. EGTs have stayed below 880 degrees celsius. Timing retard at 0-3 degrees. Fuel at 14.1 to 11.1 at redline. cheers! Mike
