Neuspeed sport springs or neuspeed race spings with stock sport suspension?TIA

I think you will be underdampened if you go w/the race unless you uprgade your shocks as well...
I did bilstein sport. I've heard of people doing only stock sport shocks and sports and they were ok...but I'd be wary...
