New 225 TT
Whats up everyone.
I just bought a 2001 TT (225hp). I come from a 95 Camaro Z-28. Now I knew a lot of information about the Chevy 350, particularly in mods.
I am having some trouble finding web site that offer go faster parts.
If someone has a list I would appreciate it greatly.
Thanks in advance for the info

How to build the fastest TT short of changing the turbo. ;)
MTM chip via hoppenmotorsports.com
BMC panel air filter (hard to find online)
PES DV Performance engineered sytems in links ^, then Parts
Bosch 5 Bar fuel pressure regulator Hoppen
Get a custom fabricated single resonated 3" straight pipe exhaust from cat back rathher than the overpriced stuff. Any performance muffler shop will be able to build you one for < $300.
Eibach pro kit with bilstein Sports or HD's from shox.com
Neuspeed rear sway bar 19mm neuspeed.com
18x8.5 on 225/40/18"s in front and 255/35/18"s on 18 x10's w/Pirelli P 0 Rossos
RS2 calipers for fronts via somewhere because they are piston matched to master cylinder and actually have been tested to lower 60-0 from ?

What? no front mount single intercooler ;) Do you really have 255's on the rear?
I've been thinking about how to get "more torque" to the rear (for AutoX) and with the Haldex clutch, I may be able to cheat the system by putting a slightly larger tire in the rear than the fronts, hence activating the Haldex most of the time and giving more rear bias.
The 255/35's are slightly slightly slightly smaller than the 225/40's but I bet they look kick azz

Dude, you read my mind. The ET on my backs are 10 (deep dish) and the turn in has never been...
quicker. I run the 19mm bar on back to negate understeer. I don't know about the Haldex theory, but it sounds good. BTW, I have science based arguments for all the mods I selected.

Mine is a roadcar for roadracing. Too much is as bad as too little. I feel I have the perfect ....
balance of firmness and handling for a car that does tight mountain runs on rough roads. Those overstiff ricers that do the chassis judder over freeway expansion joints are too much, IMO. I went P Zero Rossos only because that is what is on the world's fastest GT cars from the factories. (Porsche, Ferrari, Lambo) I think the new SO's will be on the 996GT2 and Turbo for later in '02 along with the Rossos.
