oil filter help

oil filter help
anyone with any good ideas on how to easily dripp the oil filter down into an oil pan?
everything else is easy for me but the filter is tough because the left control arm is in the way of a clear and clean drip into my oil pan...
please if anyone knows a good technique help me out.
