S4 Ecu Problems...

My stock ECU is an L box, and my APR ECU is a J Box (without EMCS options). They are both for 2001 S4 Tiptronics, but for some reasons the APR ECU is throwing of DTCs 2 times a week causing me to disconnect the battery and reseting the throttle body. Do you think it would be possible for me to Flash the J box with the APR software for the L box, or are there hardware differences between the 2 ECUs that need to be addressed?

What was the cause of the light?

Did you ever plug it in and figure out what the problem is ?

it was the EPC light, could never figure out what it was. I just wanted to know if it was possible to flash it?
