Im driving a very simple 92 80 (1.6-102i-at)
and i want to know if its possible to switch the engine head to 20v, and if so then what other tunes are obligated?

You can possibly go with a 4v head on that, but I doubt a 5v head will fit/match up with the oil and water jackets. One way to check is to get a head gasket for both heads.
Another thing to consider is that the heads will have a different combustion chamber volume, so your static compression ratio would be different (most likely several points lower). You'd also need to run the intake and exhaust manifolds from the 5v car.
With the amount of work involved, why not swap a 1.8t (complete) into that car? Its been done before (Oliver Sprenger's RS80 project).

na. im afraid that we aint talking about "beasting" that car. it belongs to my grandpa' and works heavy duty, besides it already has more then 230k-km. and my dad is the boss about these topics so i had to convince him that it will improve the car but wont "sport" it.
(but still its a very reliable engine after that much kilometrag and years, i did manage to push it to the limit)
