Default Spring question...

I really, really want the new Bilstein PSS-9 coilovers when they come out for my A4, which Bilstein says will be in about 6 months. Till then I want to get some rims. I was just wondering if I purchased some Neuspeed or H&R springs to go on my stock non-sport Sachs shocks, will it be okay to ride around on for 6 months till I get the new coilovers when they arrive. I would just be purchasing them to make the car look lower with the 18's.

The reason I ask is because I've seen people posting that just new springs wears out the factory shocks. I'm totally fine with them wearing out, I just want them to last at least 6 months.

Thanks.

Default I think you'll have a very unbalanced ride for 6 months

That combo will be poorly matched. And if you're having someone do the work for you, you'll be paying for the labor twice.
