Default Surging at and around full boost......
BPV...correct? Damnit!! This Bailey is only 2 months old if that. Lifetime warranty right? Does that mean it gets rebuilt or I get another one? Anything else it could be?

Default Not necessarily BPV...there are a couple of valves that would cause same problems
I am sure some of the "Experts" will point you in the right direction.

do you hear any pinging? it could be the ecu pulling the timing back

I had that on a Bosch valve...replaced it with the Bosch TT valve, and all is well.

Do you have vag? I have found serious knock was not audible unless I ran with the windows down by a wall.

and my knock was very audbile
