Throttle error codes
Has anyone encountered problems with a low idle condition? Every so often the idle drops to about 600RPM at a stop. It even stalled once.
The check engine light came on a couple times. I just checked the codes and I got two occurrences of Throttle Valve Controller, malfunction (intermittent) and one Throttle Body Controller (J338) lower stop not reached (intermittent).
Has anyone encountered these? Any thoughts as to what I need to do?

Do this...
Take of the hose that goes to the throttle body. Clean the throttle body out with some cleaner. With VAG-com, clear the codes (if you can), do a throttle body alignment, then clear the codes. That should take care of it.
