Default utilizing an eclipse T25

So one of my buddies, a DSM tuner, has an extra T25 turbo laying around. How does this turbo compare to my current stock turbo? Anybody ever tried to use a T25 in place of stock? Anybody think its worth the effort to try this out?

Default NOt worth the time. The T25 only makes 250 hp max on the 2 liter

and will only produce 18psi to do that. Your better off just placing a k04 on the stock 1.8t manifold. BTW I own a 2000 A4 1.8tq and a 95 GST eclipse that has the T25.

Default Mike i don't understand how you can keep the Eclipse completely stock...

not even a small desire to drop in big injectors and a 16G, and the usual AFC-V or what-ever that comp is called?

Cheers,
Sameer

Default Because the 7 bolt motor sucks, I have rebuilt it twice already

it also has almost 150K miles on it. If I do change out the turbo it will be to a T2828 which can be used with the stock injectors and a fuel pump upgrade. The A4 is the one that is being built up as a race car.
