Default you still haven't answered my question. How high is your engagement point?

Do you hit your knee on your chin when you shift

Give it some time for the new clutch to bed, but if it still slips, then it's time to the the slave cylinder "adjustment"

btw, not sure if anyone sent me email at my AW addy (home email) as I haven't fired up the home PC in a week

Default The engagement point is really high... here's the new plan

I'm going to go to the dealership and try to break in the clutch and then give it back to them. My clutch place seems to think that a little slipping when brand new is not abnormal. So after it is broken in it should be fine.

PS. I hate car problems

Default The clutch is getting better, I drove it for about 50 miles tonight and

will take to work tomorrow. At this point I'm out of ideas. My only hope is that it beds and stops slipping.

Where I'm at right now:

at a dead end and sinking fast!

Default Ok let me know how it goes. I will post my slave cylinder "adjustment" procedure

next week. Just been too busy this week getting the 12V ready for dyno tomorrow.

An engagement point really high means it could get higher as the clutch plate beds in the flywheel. Hope that's not the case - as it getting much higher
