Engine a bit lumpy on startup
Thanks for your response, I had new spark plugs installed about six months ago, Audi replaced number three fuel injector that was leaking about three months ago and mention that there was a carbon buildup around that injector and they did another diagnostic shorty after and all was okay, that is why I'm want to clean the throttle body etc.
I don't have any warning lights coming on.
and consider Techron (at right dilution per gas) during every oil change based on Motor Oil Geek's video:
If you have a Napa auto parts near year, they occasionally have Techron on sale 12oz for $5.49, 32oz for $12.99. The larger size is a great value but not as convenient as the 12oz bottle.
Thanks again for the feedback, I like it when members talk to each instead of no feedback when someone tries to help.
Any suggestions?

Thanks again for all of your feedback on various issue, and more recent fuel cap replacement.
I purchased a new one online, but in the mean time I gave the original one a clean using a compressed air canister (what I use to clean my PC keyboard etc.) , it's now been about 4 or 5 days now and all is okay now. so thanks again that was a simple fix.

If you keep getting the issue you might want to take it to shop. Maybe you have a vacuum or failing EVAP charcoal canister, which is connected to feul tank. It can go bad if you constantly overfill your tank I believe.
