Sd card for sat nav.

Sd card for sat nav.
Bought 2016 q3 with sat nav .Turn on sat nav tells me to put in sd card .sd card missing.Garage ordered new sd card from Audi none available at the moment put on back order,Been waiting for three weeks no sign of delivery.i wonder what the problem is?.Do the original owners sell the sd card .Loads on eBay.What are your thoughts.
