GU: 2011 Q5 COMPLETELY DEAD BUT LIGHT ON DASH ARE ON?
Hello everyone, first time poster and Audi owner here. I have a 2011 Q5 3.2 that I bought used and I have had it for a little over a month now. I had the dealer replace my battery about a month ago for $280. I went to start the car today and the car wouldn't unlock with the key fob, so I had to use the physical key to unlock the car and get in. Once inside I saw that the ABS, brake, EPC, traction control and airbag lights were on. The car is completely unresponsive. Wont start, crank, hazard lights wont go on, interior lights wont go on, not even the seat adjustments work. I haven't had time to get my hands on a multimeter to see what the battery voltage is reading. Called the dealer and they said to get the car jumped or towed in. Would anyone have any advise or help on my issue? I have attached a photo of the cluster.

Hi did anyone figure out this problem, my Audi Q5 is having the same issue. Battery drains if left overnight and those same lights stay on when dead.
It takes a few mins to jump it too, any help would be appreciated
Thank you!

Change the battery of key fob just in case or use a different key.
Either
BEM code was not reset
battery failed or was not replaced
your alternator failed
check positive and negative battery terminals
if you have a car charger try to charge the car battery. If it charges it could be the alternator. Also do a vcds scan in case the battery is charged.
also check the production date of your car battery. Is it new???

Having the same issue in my 2012 Q5, and was wondering how you fixed the problem.
My car likewise wouldn’t start one morning, but the same dashboard lights were on. Had a new battery installed, and no unusual draws were detected.
Two weeks later, after driving it the day before, the new battery was dead and the same dash lights were on. Technician recharged the battery, checked for draws, and said all seemed good.
Less than two months later, same dead battery and dash lights.
Technician thinks the problem is not driving enough, as pandemic has me home most of the time. I hope it’s that simple, but if anyone had a more complicated resolution, I’d appreciate your comments.
Thanks.

If you eliminate your car, like i did them the only thing left is the battery.
