Default Possible loose wire/connection/clip behind front grill

I can't remember if this has always been there or not but, in any case, should this be there or should it be clipped somewhere? Assuming it should be clipped somewhere, is this going to be an expensive fix due to lack of easy access?

Thank you.

Nothing stands out for a white/black or black/white wire with that much blue wire. Is it a 6-pin plug? What are the actual colors of the blue wires? Take the lock carrier cover off and look in there in front of the radiator grill, where do the two ends seem to go? It probably just clips to the lock carrier top bar. My thought would have been the wires to the HomeLink transmitter and ambient air temp sensor, but those aren't the right wire colors.
