2014 Q5 TDI - Breaking sensitivity?
So I had a few minor things to be changed with my Q5 TDI and I received a A6 2.0T as a loaner.
1 thing that immediately was completely different was breaking sensitivity.
On the Q5 I have to push the break in a good 1.5"'s before it starts to respond.
On the A6 I BARELY touch the break and it breaks.
How is everyone else's Q5 TDI breaks feel?

I suppose it could be a personal preference type thing, but my Q5s brakes are some of the better I've driven in terms of linearity, ease of modulating, and outright stopping power when needed. Several prior "sporty/sports" cars I've owned could have been vastly improved if the brakes had been as solid as the Q5s... FWIW

The brakes are quite linear on the Q5 TDI, due in part to the auto shutoff when stopped. The driver can modulate the engine on off with the brake pedal depending on how far it's engaged.
Compared to my wife's A3, those brakes I find overly sensitive. The Q feels "normal" to me, the A3 takes some getting used for me when we swap cars.
