Seat Belt Rattle
Anyone else notice the passenger seal belt clip button rattling? The part where the seat belt clips into.
It is driving me insane...
I might spray some WD40 in there to see if it helps otherwise the dealer is going to need to replace it.

Yes, noticed this also. To the op I haven't had seat belt noise but my pan roof constantly rattles, my driver side back seat has an occassional rattle (this is pretty common I think) and the other day I noticed a buzzy rattle inside passenger door panel when on the highway... At 2500 miles now, hoping 5 k service will take care of some of this...

I made a service appt and will have it looked at and hopefully repaired next Tues.
I clicked the seat belt in on the passenger side on the way to work this morning and zero sound. So it is definetly the housing.
Now all I hear is the seatbelt in the backseat sliding back and forth against the leather.
If you can't already tell... I HATE any noise inside the cabin.

I had what seemed to be the same problem. The road vibrations caused the seat belt to vibrate. Audi replaced the seat belt and the problem persisted. It turned out that the seat clips under the seat were actually causing the problem. They replaced the Q5 clips with Q7 ones which were slightly larger and problem was fixed.

I had the same problem with mine. I had them change the passenger seat belt catch or receiver and it was quiet for about 1 day. Same noise is back...
That and the roof creaking & cracking are going to be on the top of my list at my next service..

Just wanted to thank you all for this post. My 2006 A4 just started having the same problem (passenger seat belt clip rattles) at 62,000 miles. Always nice to see confirmation that others have had the same issue.
SGT712, do you recall how much the replacement costs? Or was it repaired under warrant?
