Pass doors banged up, replacing help
What's going on guys, it's come time to change out the passenger doors on my SQ5. It was in a minor fender bender back in December of 2019. I am planning on purchasing 2 doors of matching paint scheme to avoid going to a body shop & having them replace the doors & paint them. Costing me close to $4,000 in parts/labor. I found 2 doors on eBay from a totaled Audi Q5 3.0, same color. I just have questions as they are just the door frames themselves. I have watched a few videos on how to take the door panels off. But how hard is it to take the speakers out & is there anything else I need to be aware of when doing the job? Has anyone done something like this? Can any1 chime in? let me know.

You probably have to swap everything over--speakers, door card, etc. Be careful/clear on whether the junkyard ones include window glass and door handles or if that is more swapping over. Note in pic. you have comfort/keyless close. If other one has handles but not comfort close, that's another needed swap over. Same on mirror stuff like lane assist. I would guess the replacement front door doesn't come w/ mirror since they can sell that separately, but again you want to know what you are dealing with going in.
You will also have to align the latch striker plates and potentially the window frame in the door to get it to close and seal correctly.
If you have not done this before, I would get a shop manual.

MP4 You summed it up well. There's a lot going on inside an Audi door.
Now important question, how do you like that S8 ? I wouldn't have too much trouble living with that !
