2.5g of DEF for $12 at wallmart, exactly the same stuff.. you can get it out of pumps at truck stops for even cheaper, but if you dont have a trucker card you gotta let em hold onto your card while you put $6 in DEF in.
Audi Dealers supposed to be topping off fixed vehicles at no cost other than your time..

When I brought my Q7 in, I was told it was 'free to top up between servicing'.
Sure enough, the PDF of the settlement doc says
"re-fillings will also be offered free of charge between service intervals for:
- 10 years or 120,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the vehicles original in-service date; OR
- 4 years or 48,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date and mileage of the emissions modification
"

I refill with Blue Def, nozzle is fine, does the job . I wouldn't bother topping off at the dealer unless your car is already there for something else or you have nothing better to do with your time than hang out at a dealer waiting around for something that you can do yourself in 5 minutes.

I looked at Blue Def at Home Depot the other day and noticed the nozzle was just a tube with no fitting. Do you just stick the nozzle into the filler neck as far as possible and pour? Any tricks. I'm new to the TDI thing and haven't gotten a def light yet but want to get ahead of it when it does happen.
