1) Do all 2008 Q7 (3.6 or 4.2 models) have colored center instrument cluster areas (ie not the older red on black center)?

2) Do all 2008 3.6 S-Line optioned Q7s comes with the three spoke steering wheel with the paddle shifters? Or did some S-Line models in 2008 come with the 4 spoke wheel? if so...why?

1. In Europe, yes - all came with colour displays.

2. In Europe, yes - the three spoke with paddles was "standard" (these cars are buyer-definable over here, you can pick and choose as you please before you order provided you can wait 3 months, at the very least, for the custom loadout to turn up....).

Sorry, I know this is an American board but the AW Europe forums are dead. Well, actually so is this forum now. Oh well.

Posting is just as low elsewhere. I think its just that fragmented, everywhere looks deadish.
This system lends itself to having replies to old threads depending on how they are sorted so the actual number of posts is higher than initially appears. The problem as I see it is the amount of time wasted trawling them.
As I keep the spreadsheet and need to update it (well actually them as I have one for Q5 also) I use the really cool feature of pulling all posts by a user. I have noticed that a LOT of users reply to old posts implying they are sorting by views.
The system would work really well if we just had a few topics and everyone posted really helpful picuresque replies so it turned into a giant database but that is not how it works and not what we want exclusively from a forum.
Self sensorship prevents me from saying more. Suffice to say I am not a fan of the way things are now but harbor no ill will to any site.
