New 2014 Q7 S-Line Prestige
After a lengthly shopping process to find what I was looking for, got my wife's replacement car. Only compromise turned out to be the first choice of color. Ended up finding one in Daytona Perl which is very nice too but it is more commonly seen.
It is an S-Line Prestige with towing package. The best part is that got it from the dealer few minutes from home and the price was $7500 below the MSRP of $65080.

Are you for real or just altitude related "O2 starvation"? But to answer your question, 2014 makes your 2010 a five years old one since it was built in 2009 and 2014s are out there now and therefore you have a five years old clunker with diminished value.

Is $7500 below msrp the norm? I just started researching and have not talk to dealers yet, that seems like a very good discount.

The good deal is a good deal, as long as the buyer thinks it is. Therefore, I'd like to think it was a "good" deal. I couldn't find anyone else even coming close to it including the dealer where I've purchased the S5 from few months ago. The one that I've got the Q7 was the one who missed the sale of the S5 the last time around and maybe wanted to make it up with me. The nearest next price was an additional $5600 more.
$7500 is just to give a reference point. I did not ask for a price based on MSRP. When you do the math taking into account the taxes, registration, etc, it comes to equivalent of $7500 off. I always ask the out-the-door price. How they figure out the price is not my problem, I tell them. I just say here is the check I am going to drop off. Very simple and straight forward. The only thing I did this time, after all said and done, purchased tire/wheel ultra package and service contract considering the wheels I have on it.
What I have listed is what I have on it; Towing and sports package.

Are you for real? I asked a simple question, but clearly your inferiority complex comes through in your internet persona as well as your need to feel good about your 2014 model. And to be clear, there is no more "diminished value" than what you get as soon as you drive a new car off the lot. I'm happy to have exactly the same car as you for about $20k less. **** off.
