Parking button blinking

It ended up being my left front parking sensor, the outer one. Apparently, this part needs to be painted in order match the body color. I brought it to the dealer. I needed a car at the time, so I thought it would be an easy job. They quoted me like $150. They called me back, after a day of trying to locate the problem and told me it would be over $900. I told them I would pay for diagnostics, but I would be taking to a local shop. I have a local euro shop that has a paint shop on site that said they can get be out the door for less that $500. I'll update after that experience.
Take it easy on those parking sensors. I don't think I'm leaving the house during the next polar vortex lol.
