so I have noticed as I walk out to my 2010 Q7 Prestige that there are 2 LEDs faintly glowing in the yellow directional on the drivers side next to the Headlight.
is this something that is normal and this is my first notice?
Not full brightness to see during the day but you can see the glow at night

just had a ton of work done on the Q7
independent shop said codes pointed to timing chain but they checked out and they went thru the total top end including injectors replacement and shell blasting the valves. odd thing is my app based code reader did not show the code as a check engine light code

it could be a couple of things but the easiest would be first check to see if your indicator stalk is in the off position when you shut off the vehicle. if it persists then something is wrong. those lights (along with the fogs & tail lights) should not be on longer than 90 (?) seconds if you have the feature enabled.

Do they eventually turn off? Are there any other lights on as well? Fogs? It could be part of the coming home light feature.
