I am trying to change the oil filter on my 2017 Q7 in between the recommended 10k intervals. I can't seem to pull the oil filter out of the filter housing. Two thirds of the filter is in the housing and the remaining quarter that sticks out does not seem to be enough to grasp and pull it out. Is the oil filter supposed to be that hard to pull out or is there a tool/method to pull out the filter from the housing on the 2017 Q7's?
