I have a 2007 Audi Q7 I bought about 8 months ago. When I bought it the sunroof control didnt work but if you pulled down to vent it would open completely (sounded rigged up) I recently replaced the mesh air deflector and upon taking it out the switch now works properly. My issue is that now it leaves about an inch crack (less then vent) when it says its fully closed. I tried to manually close it and it will not turn past that point. Ideas? I'd rather not spend hundreds at the dealer to fix it.
