Right Rear Door Control Module Faulty. Reset code see if it returns. If it does swap out module.

so it seems but don't just buying modules since they are not refundable. if you have a friend in the area with the q7 trying plugging it in and see if it clears the code.

Go to a Audi dealer part store with your Vin. They know what part # and also any upgrades out there. Good info from their data base system.
