So tough to decide what to do. I found a 2010 TDI. I know...gen1 but it's less then 1/2 the cost of 2013-2015s and in really good shape. Fair price and maybe I'll pick it up in the meantime. As I can't cough up 45-50k for a 2013-2015.

If I was to go forward with the 2010, can I call Audi Canada with the vin to see what the deal is?

The person selling it seems pretty nieve and the 2nd owner so not sure if they know what the deal is. Could I possibly get some cash back from Audi Canada if I bought it??

Buy it if you think Canada's settlement will match the US. If it does then it will end up with a buyback and you will have driven it for free and put some $ in your pocket when you turn it in.
