Water leaking on passenger side floor mat at car wash
-water leaking onto floor mat from under glove box during car wash
- dealership says there is no fix and only way to avoid it is to turn a/c off or have recirculation button ON.
Is this a known issue in the Q7 that Audi has addressed?

Dealer says it is coming through the fresh air vents between the hood and windshield. I went through the car wash today and did what they said and no water came through. The issue I am having is if this is a know Audi issue then why wasn’t I told about it when I purchased the car.
