Anyone had a problem with the second smaller sunroof screen/shade staying closed?
I took mine in for service, dealer ordered parts, parts arrived, vehicle taken in, parts ordered are wrong or incomplete. Another appointment scheduled for next week.

Yup, it happened when the car is 1.5 month old.
The rubber sheath on the latch fell off (Don't know if it is due to heat or what, but it looked pretty filmsy.)The latch of the replaced shade seems to be lock much tighter and so far so good.

Mine won't close smoothly....And 3.6 STILL metallic at start-up!
The shade gets hung-up while retracting.
I'm going to have it looked at this week when I take my Q back in YET AGAIN for the metallic engine noise on my 3.6...
...the "bracket" they installed to cure the diesel/metallic grinding noise upon start-up only shortened the length of the noise. It did not cure it.

Re: we have trouble with both opening and closing. Waiting till 5k service to complain about it.
Mine started today. I couldnt get the sunroof to close and finally waited a few minutes, tried again and it shut. I will have the dealer look at it. THX
